Dear Skippers,

RANSA will be holding a Sprint Series on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd August.

The event will feature up to five short-course races each day for the Folkboats and J24s but other classes are invited. Entries now open

The format is designed to be flexible and competitors are welcome to race:

• both days,
• as many races as they wish across both days, or
• only on the Saturday or Sunday
• The RANSA Bar will be open post Racing Sunday for Prize Giving, all welcome

As we are already conducting racing for the Folkboats and J24s, we are also inviting other classes, generally under 30 feet, to join the Sprint Series.

If five or more boats of the same class enter, they will be given their own class division. This could include classes such as Cavalier 28s, S80s, Couta Boats, Rangers, and others.

For boats that would like to compete but do not have enough numbers to form a class division, there will also be a Mixed PHS Division, allowing everyone the opportunity to enjoy two days of exciting sprint racing on Sydney Harbour.
