Crew Positions

It is one of the constants of yacht racing, organising and managing crew.

Skippers looking for additional crew or people looking for a ride, either first timers wanting to give it a go, or more experienced crew wanting to broaden their sailing experience by racing with someone else.

RANSA will wherever possible try to facilitate the introduction of crew and skippers. There is now a Crew Wanted and Crew Available whiteboard where you can put your name down just outside the Whaler Bar on Race Days. If you know requirements or availability prior to a specific race day then please contact Roger in the Office and he will post this for you prior.

RANSA is also participating using the SailConnect App where all the RANSA events are now listed for either crew or skippers to post their details. See the SailConnect website or download either Apple or Android versions.
