#IG2018 signing off

It’s time for us to sign off, say goodbye to our wonderful Invictus Games online community and point you to the future.

But before we go we wanted to share with you some final thoughts to reinforce the tremendous impact of the Invictus Games Sydney 2018, presented by Jaguar Land Rover.

We also want to remind everyone that the job’s not done and the real legacy will be what happens now within communities, with corporate partners and across all levels of Government.

The focus will now be to establish and increase employment, education, sporting and rehabilitation opportunities for Australian veterans. We urge you to support Veteran Sport Australia and to promote the healing power of sport in your local community.

Thank you to all our competitors, their families and friends, our partners, volunteers, our wonderfully supportive #IG2018 community around the globe and everyone who has been with us on this amazing journey.

Our website will remain live at invictusgames2018.org so you can relive the stories of #IG2018 and find information about how to stay involved. You’ll also be able to look back through our social posts but the digital team is signing off, so commenting will be blocked and the social accounts will no longer be monitored.
